I have made other versions of granola and this is our favorite) In the south, we have easy access to locally produced sorghum syrup, and I often substitute sorghum for half the honey. I used buckwheat honey, coconut oil, skipped the dry fruit and increased the nuts and seeds.Also added unsweetened coconut chips the last 10 minutes/ per recipe.
